Your first appointment is a comprehensive myofunctional evaluation, where we assess what's going on and decide your treatment plan, so no two programs are the same.

The program is structured, but not one-size-fits-all. After the evaluation, guided sessions retrain the patterns, and we set the rhythm with you, adjusting as you progress.

Retrain, at your pace
Guided sessions retrain the muscle patterns, supported by practice at home. Frequency and spacing are set to your needs.
Taper and maintain
As the new patterns take hold, sessions taper, and we stay available for check-ins afterward.
Every program includes
- A course of personalized sessions, in person in Lincoln Park or by telehealth across Illinois
- A practice kit, handed to you in person or mailed for telehealth
- A home-exercise plan that progresses with you
- Regular progress re-checks
- Messaging support between sessions
- Written reports and direct coordination with your dentist, orthodontist, ENT, or physician
- Follow-up check-ins and a home-maintenance plan after you finish

Adding sessions when you need them
Everyone starts with a program rather than one-off visits. If you need extra sessions along the way, or a check-in after you've finished, we simply add them. There's no commitment beyond the plan we set together.
Clear, private-pay billing
Your evaluation is booked and billed as its own first appointment. Program rates are shared during your free 15-minute phone consultation, so you'll know your costs before you begin. Payment is handled securely through our client portal, and we accept all major credit and debit cards, along with HSA and FSA.
